REQUIREMENTS TO THE PUBLICATIONS
IN THE SCIENTIFIC EDITION

THE REQUIRED SET OF PAPERS TO BE SUBMITTED
TO THE EDITORIAL BOARD:

1. The article should be organized according to the requirements. (download). The document’s name should consist of the surname and the initials of the author, and the date of submission (i.e. yyyy_mm_dd) to the editorial board.
Example: Author_A_A_2016_04_02.doc

2. Author’s personal information (download appendix). The document’s name should consist of the surname and the initials of the author, the date of submission (i.e. yyyy_mm_dd) to the editorial board and the note “Personal_Information”.
Example: Author_A_A_2016_04_02_Personal_Information.doc

3. A scanned copy of the author’s written consent (download appendix). The document’s name should consist of the surname and the initials of the author, the date of submission (i.e. yyyy_mm_dd) to the editorial board and the note “Consent”.

4. Author’s personal photo. The document’s name should consist of the surname and the initials of the author, the date of submission (i.e. yyyy_mm_dd) to the editorial board.

5. A scanned copy of the review (recommendation to publication) signed by the Doctor of Philosophy or the Doctor of Science in the relevant field (for those without any scientific degree). The document’s name should consist of the surname and the initials of the author, the date of submission (i.e. yyyy_mm_dd) to the editorial board and the note “Review”.

6. A scanned copy of the payment receipt. The document’s name should consist if the surname and the initials of the author, the date of submission (i.e. yyyy_mm_dd) to the editorial boards and the note “Payment”.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE PUBLICATIONS

1. General requirements:
– font – Times New Roman, 14 pt.;
– spacing – 1,5;
– margins – 2 cm each;
– volume of the body text – no less than 8,000 signs with spaces;
– references are given in square brackets;
– the article is expected to be a complete scientific work containing up-to-date scientific ideas and/or practical significance, substantial academic reasoning;
– language used – Ukrainian, Armenian, English, Russian

2. The structuring of the publication:
– Universal Decimal Classification code (UDC);
– author’s full name (bold);
– chair taken, name of institution, scientific degree, academic title (italics);
– title of the article (bold);
– author’s full name, title o the article (bold italics), annotation (up tp 100 words), key words (5-8 words) in English (italics). English translation of the title, annotation and key words should be properly done considering the specifics and the terminology of the field;
– list of references in the language of the original;
– list of references translated into English (References)

HOW TO FORMALISE REFERENCES

The reference to the source should include the following elements:

1) author’s/authors’ surname and initials should also be transliterated if not in English;
2) if not written in English the article’s title should be first transliterated and then translated into English; the English translation should be given in square brackets [ ];
3) if not in English the reference source should be first transliterated and then translated into English; the English translation should be given in square brackets [ ];
4) source data should be in English or digital only (according to standard chosen)
